Wet Rails

Excellent! Absolutely nothing to see yet so much of interest to keep me interested. The flooring makes me feel like I am inside however the umbrellas put damp to that thought. Is it only raining on the left hand side of the rail?
The rail is a sculpture and the rain sets up more of a narrative (it's fortunate that at least two people have an umbrella!). It's strong and it works.
Autumn is indeed here. The squeezing in of the people at the top is exactly how I feel as the light fades and the rain comes on.
Is there something Vetriano about those people? The colours perhaps.
What wonderful effect -- it certainly does work. I think I'm seeing a third umbrella reflected in the center -- yours?

Excellent foreshortening and then the receding lines away. Might have not been as much without the water spots to keep your interest.
