Bristol Explore

Comments:
If it wasn't for the odd jag in the floor level metalwork, I might have spent longer not seeing this for the reflection that it is.

You've created a palatial gateway to a very modern building.

It took me a while to figure out the reflections (look before reading comments!) and initially this was a puzzling image. OK, it still is. It's almost like looking in the mouth of a dragon with the front two "teeth" and then the back row of "teeth". Sorry, just finished reading the last Harry Potter book.

A critique on the quality of plate glass manufacture. It's interesting how the reflecting affects different components: the sky gains, whilst the cone suffers. Is this a temporary construction or a permanent place to "explore"? The cone is lined up with the holding pole for the 'tent' (presumably deliberate) and so the whole picture is quite surreal and leaves one without a feel for what the place looks like - or perhaps that is for the better! Architects are very keen on these hi-tech suspended constructions these days.

I too stared at this for quite a while before figuring out the reflection.

Without the pedestrians, this would just be too abstract a landscape. They balance out the composition as well, but I wish I could see a bit more motion blur from them walking.

Like the others, it took me a minute to "see" the reflection for what it is. Makes for an interesting graphic look -- but I find it disorienting. I keep wanting to see the other half of the picture, but the reflection is preventing that!

Very effective. Got the reflection straight away and but still it works better than most. That snippet of blue top left leaves me wanting a little more punch in the colours elswhere.
