Oslo Palace

I'll forgive you the artfully contrived diagonal! Excellent though: the contrasts of water surface probably appeal most but the whole is put together very well. I wouldn't know that it was Oslo though!!
Interesting shapes, and yes, the water surface changes are quite appealing -- the reflection of the trees emphasizes that well.
Looks very refeshing and cool, which also adds a lot of appeal to me, here in the Florida summer heat.
The little bit of reflected sky works, but I'm not sure about the rest of it. It just seems a bit busy.
I'm finding that the top half is not adding to the enjoyment of the shot and would lose it. The bottom two concrete slabs lead me well into that pool and then I do not get much further. Having said that, though Matt finds the whole a little busy I'd want to see a lot more business in that small circular pool. The ripples are effective as are the bubbles - just need some refelctions a la the top half.
