Shirlee Sunflower

Comments:
Those are some fuzzy pants.

I wish that you had got more of the child in the audience. I mean, the street entertainers are fine, but we know that they are acting up. The kid is a bonus extra.

I just processed the RAW using RawShooter and that gave me about 60 pixels extra! So I've got a bit more of the boy. There was a marshal in a fluorescent orange jacket who kept walking backwards and forwards to keep the pavement free.

This lady entertained me for about 50 minutes and involved 7 members of the audience in her acrobatic display. She also got them to strip off despite the rain and to kiss one another!!

She looks very determined to entertain, right down to being wired up. And presumably she generates so much energy she never gets cold. As little as 30 years ago there wouldn't have been crowd-control barriers nor bottles of water - how did we survive?!

The lad is all ears now :-)

I find the habit that some raw converters have of randomly suppressing rows of pixels rather annoying.

Rex, this is a very comical and yet strange image for me! The boy in the background makes it for me, as this could be me watching with a lot of interest, wondering "What the..."?

It looks like a lot of fun. I also like the boy and glad you were able to include more of him. The rest of the scene is kind of busy for my taste.

A cheerful scene from not very cheery light. I'm for the initial crop. I could easily put myself in the kids shoes as being interested in the show but not too interested in case they pick me to be a part of the show. It's a nightmare of mine when I see such situations. Also the cropped boy balanced well with the cropped flower basket.

I found THIS whilst avoiding clearing up at home!
