Morning Glory

Comments:
You should take up gardening with all that time you spend on your knees with the camera! As with the holly, a viewpoint that works well: the change in perspective and scale reminds one of something like a radome. Perhaps scientists got their ideas from this. I like the way that everything fits into place: colour, grass, sky distant trees and the disturbed earth.

The pale salmon color along the horizon is sublime. Excellent light in general.

Rex, I think we were out shooting on the same day. About 5:15 to 5:30pm last Wednesday? Lovely light and a nice example of the subject. How wet did your camera get?

Ah! In my bag I carry a dustbin liner but I didn't use that, I used a laminated graph of hyperfocal distances to protect the camera!

Too early for me.....I'd have been still dreaming about making coffee.

This has light and colour and a fun perspective.

The title and the shot combine to make a rather naughty image. A very simple and effective composition.
